Steam generators have Authorized Service Agents serving most large cities. They
handle in-warranty and past-warranty repairs. If there is
no agent near you, units can be removed and returned to the
factory for repair. (Leave the unit installed until you have
spoken with a Service Agent or the Technical Department.)
When calling for trouble shooting service, warranty administration
service, or repair service please have the model number and
serial number recorded from the generator. The numbers are
found on the rating sticker on the end of the generator where
the pipes come out.
